I've repaired my MI note 3(charging issue) at MI service centre, Lakhimpur, Assam. They've charged INR600/-, but when I asked for the GST Bill receipt, they didn't provided and said it will take a week. When I argued about it, They misbehaved. Next day the Mobile started having Network problem and also sound/speaker issues. I visited the service centre again and they said it would take 1hour to repair, I waited patiently. When the issue is fixed and mobile was handed over to me, I curiously asked about the problem and in reply they said the earlier component they replaced was not compatible that's why the problem occurred. Then I asked why they have installed a incompatible component if it causes another software issues to the phone. They didn't give a satisfactory reply. Again I asked for the GST Bill receipt and they denied. I am very disappointed at MI services. Was this information helpful? |
