Xiaomi India — complaint against mi service center

I have purchase redmi 5 new smartphone three days ago. I went customer care services noida 66 and mechanic told me your phone is dead due to liquid but only speaker is not working and my phone is ok and he told me cost of repair is 700 rs but my phone is under warranty and why i am paid cost of repairing..
