I have given my Mi3 phone for screen replacement at Banglore ECS Koramangala . The phone is still with the service center from past 4 weeks and they have not yet fixed the phone. First of there communication with customers is very poor they never pick up the phone or just pick the phone and put it down. However after calling for hours I was successful in talking to them, whenever I ask them about my phone they come up some stupid and keep on postponing the delivery date. The executives does not care about the customers and there behavior is also very bad. I tried calling Xiomi call center but call never connects. I am fed up with Xiomi India poor customer support.
