I have recently purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 mobile through Amazon on 01 october, 2016. After using few days, now device has not working suddenly. There was some bad smell coming out of device, hence I approached to authorised service centre at Indore. Service centre was totally insensitive and has declined to help for resolution. After repeated request they had written that product is not covered under warranty.
I have sent number of mails to customer support, but they are not bothered there to respond.. This is totally insensitive approach towards customer grievances. I have also tried to approach customer care number, but did not provide any solution
Pl let me know how this issue will be resolved. If I do not get any solution, then I will have to take resort for
