Dear MI team,
I had put complaint to your team on 6th dec-22 for my TV display issue as checked by your technician. It has told to me that will get resolved in 10 working days, but not resolved same and got extended up to 30 th dec-22. Even after 30th dec-22 issue not yet resolved and i had called your customer care number of time before 30th and after 30 th dec-22 to expedite issue, but false commitment by them.
Back end team is not working on issue and they are least bother about resoluving issue and even talk to customer once even after my number of request for call back on status updates.
I had waited almost one month and i can't wait further more, if spare part/ inventory issue please replace my tv with new one as my tv is within warranty period.
This type service in warranty period is not tolerateable. Try to understand my pain waiting from one month to watch tv.
My children of 5 year age also asking daily about tv status but i am not answer able, he is watching mobile instead of tv now days and his eyes are getting pain and he is total disturbed by watching mobile. It will affect his behavior and little changes in behavior we are observing. And i am also frustrated with your customers care behavior and no solution in their words.
They are (customer care?)saying they can't do any more else than taking complaint, they are bother about resolving complaint or arranging call with back end team. Was this information helpful? |
