I work in gurgaon near ambience mall. I went to store for purchasing mi tv and i asked staff about delivery from the store and he said yes. All billing has been done i did payment through card and later on i got to know dat they can't deliver the tv from store as there contract has expired wid courier partner as it was lasted for only one year. It cud possible staff has no idea but store manager mr. Mukesh he was totally not interested to resolve this. And was saying they can't deliver it on their behalf i have to be on my own. If that was a thing i cud have gone to noida mi store. There was urgency dats why i chose ambience mall but the store manager was cunning. I told them to refund my money but they were saying dats not possible. After my continuous persuasion they took a step. I want to ask is this a way to entertain customer. Totally negligence from store manager. Request to take this formally and provide solution for your staff as they don't take any consideration and their behavior is totally disgraceful. We put our money on your products and i[censored]r people will behave like this way then we have to rethink before going to mi store
