I would like to bring to your notice that i have bought redmi 3s prime mobile from your renowned company in dec 2016, details of handset invoice is attached here with. I bought this phone because of good reviews and after using it for continuous 6 months this handset still behaves abruptly and gives too many problems, some of them listed below

A. Over heating
B. Bad battery life
C. Frequently hang
D. Charging issue
E. Automatically shutdown
