Xiaomi India — couldn't get refund after deadline over | |
I order a xiaomi phone on 20 april 2020. After that day due to some issue i cancelled my order on 21 april. My refund has initiated on 22 april. But on the mi official app it's still stuck on refund processing status. After the 10 working days over on 5 may they said me to hold 2 days. Due to covid-19 lockdown my order is in problem of warehouse. But my order hasn't dispatched from warehouse as the representative so that i haven't face that type of issue. I wait 2 days and now 10 may (16 days). Everyday i lodge a new complaint and they closed it. How a renowned company is so irresponsible about this.
