I visited Xiomi India Belagavi Customer care on 22-10-22 to repair my Xiomi 9 prime smart phone.
The phone was not checked for the defects nor debugged for the issue. When asked, received reply saying "No patience to check the phone".
Phone was returned back to me as is in non-operational state.
Moreover I was forced to make payment of Rs 120 as part of service charge and no receipt was provided.
This is purely corruption, as the payment was made to personal UPI and not to official company account.
When asked for the same, i was abused and threatened customer care personal and was asked to leave.
I therefor seek strict action against the company and the customer care in Belagavi. Was this information helpful? |
