Xiaomi India Customer Care — Wrong Product delivered | |||||
I order Redmi Prime 2 from mi.com/in for which I received redmi 2. I have contacted customer care multiple times. They asked me to send the screenshots 12 days ago, and I had been told to wait for few days & that I will be given a confirmatin call and mail. But till the date there is no response and each time I call I am told to wait for few days. This is really annoying. It's like my Rs 1000 has been robbed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
