Xiaomi India — Defect product | |||||
I bought a redmi note 3 and not even used. Tried charging after putting for 5 hrs of charging it is not getting charged it is showing 1%. When I checked in the mi app there is no option to return and there customer is busy from 9:00 to 6:00. Worst customer care services. Then I wrote a mail and then I got a reply and they are staying no refund policy. If I received a brand new product is defect then how can I trust their replacement products is good. I want a refund.
