I ordered the xiaomi redmi 3s prime mobile on 17 august 2016. They deliver it on 22 august 2016. The mobile is found to be defect. I immediately e-mail them and told about the defect. They want some pictures of the mobile, bill, defect and lots of and i provided all pictures accordingly. The last mail came from other side state that "we are forward your request to the concern departmant". After that there is no respone from them and still i send more emails also warning to fill complaint in consumer court. But they did not response on any of my emails. Was this information helpful? |
