Hi,
I bought a mobile phone first time of xiaomi company in april but the piece was so defected that jack of headphones stopped working. This was not expected from this company mobile services.
Even the phone is in warranty but still this issue within 1 year is not acceptable
The company should look into the cause and please don't give a tagline and words of customer satisfaction..
Moreover, service centre in pune viman nagar is saying for replacement of only spare part in warranty but as a prestigious company you should provide something good immediately and how could you expect a customer tostay without cell phone for 15 days and only got a part replacement.
I hope xiaomi company will look after this and would provide a better result as it is for customer trust and clients satisfaction which they believe..
