I recvd mi band 4 which is defective.
On contacting customer care they r always giving timelines that someone will call. But no one calls.
Today suddenly they say go to service center.
I will not. I have ordered at home i need replacement at home.
Pl take action against xiomi. Hopeless and pathetic customer service. No sense of customer complains resolution.
