I had recently ordered laptop from Xiaomi India via mi store in online (xiaomi online store).

Order was placed on[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 working days as promised i.e., it should have been delivered by[protected]. They have partnered with Ecom to deliver the product. I enquired Ecom regarding this on[protected] and they said that the shipment is held in hub because xiaomi has not released the airway or gst bill and they suggested to contact xiaomi and coordinate with them to resolve the issue. I conveyed this information to xiaomi and they said that there is no problem and at any cost the laptop will be delivered by 24th EOD. I waited till that time and the delivery did not happen and I asked Xiaomi and they said that they will look into the issue and give give resolution by[protected]. This is just resolution and not the exact delivery date.
