I would like to draw your attention as mentioned below.
I have purchased Xiaomi Television 5X 43" from Vijay Sales, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 11th August 2022 and got the delivery on 12th August 2022 as committed by Vijay Sales. Same day on 12th I received the message from MI that Installation will be done between 12.00 to 2.00 on 13th August 2022 so that I have rescheduled all my activities and waited for a call from the installation guy. Ohh.. there is not a single call or message from anyone hence i called at your customer care number and registered the complaints regarding the same. where not get the proper response from anyone. Even each call center guys giving fake commitments and some of your agents were enjoying the problem instead of providing the resolution as 2 times call disconnected from call center, refused to escalate the call at senior desk, Parrot speech, 1 agents told me that he is the top authority of Xiaomi, really Interesting!!! You can go through all the calls I did yesterday at your call center from my own number [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
