Xiaomi India — Delay in repair of redmi 2 prime | |||
I had submitted my redmi 2 prime mobile phone (under warranty period) at the guwahati service center called the 'netsol associates' after it suddenly turned off, stopped responding totally and had stopped charging too. the jobsheet number is js[protected] and the phone was deposited by customer name 'love joshi'. the date of submission of phone was 22.07.16 and the expected date of return on the service jobsheet is mentioned as 2.08.16. but till today the phone is not repaired and i am being told that the required parts are not available. moreover i am not even being told about the probable date by which i can have my phone back. mobile is a very important gadget and this delay is costing me a lot. the main customer service of mi too is not responding well. i have been calling regularly and no strict action action has been taken as of now. they promise to call back but never do. even they are not able to mention a proper timeline. the warranty period will also expire if things go on this way. also i have noticed that it is not just me but many mi customers are facing this problem. the phone keeps lying in the service center for months and no action is being taken.
