Xiaomi India — Delay in replacement of damaged product received (reference #[protected] | |||||
Ordered xiaomi redme note 3 from mi website & received damaged product, tried their toll free no. So many times but not connected and support mail id inbox was full and not working. Next day chat customer support executive had taken all the snapshot of outside box and cracked mobile and taken the replacement request. He told me that you will soon get a call from our team & the product will be picked up from my address within 48 hours. But still i didn't get any call, not received any message or mail of complaint registered.. How would i will get to know that my replacement request has been registered.??
