Xiaomi India — delay is product shipping even after 5 days | |||||
I have ordered poco f1 (6gb + 128gb) variant on 29th august 2018 during flash sale But till now my product is not shipped yet. Called customer care and filed a complaint about the issue on 1st of september, they told me i will get a call back from the backend team with in 24 hours. But here is the surprise, i didn't get a call back till now, today date is 4th of september. I have contacted their customer care (Tamil) about 3 times and english device once.. So totally called the customer service for about 4 times. And everytime i got the same reply from the person on other end of the call. The biggest surprise is, i have placed another order after that which was processed immediately and shipped soon. (Take a look at the image for reference) This is frustrating and worst customer service ever. Worst worst worst customer service team and back end team.
