Xiaomi India — Delayed in phone repairing

My name is wasim.. I submitted my phone redmi 2p on 1st of june to ccom telecommunications pvt ltd. There is a camera problem in my phone so they said we should have to change the mother board.. And they gave me 15 days time for my phone repair.. Today is 80th day and they don't have any update.. I register my complaint on mi also. My tkt no:1970868
And incident num:[protected] they have only one answer that "plz sir be patience we will repair your phone soon. On 16th aug when. I visit the service center they said that we transfered your phone to other mi service center.. Now u have to go their and asked about your phone... Crap service worst after sales service.. Worst china compony... Worst support after sales.. Plz uodate me as soon as possible..
