Xiaomi India — During calls and recording voice is going very low due to noise suppression option

I just don't want this suppression option why you people won't add one more option in your software no suppressions like other phones have they don't give this option please...I am really facing calling propblems my client are really unhappy with me please make and update and it would be fine I am also giving screen shot of my Mi3 phone.Awaiting for a positive reply thank you ur phone brand loving customer.
