as i purchased redmi note note 7 pro i month before and it was working well in all aspects excepts i am facing a problem regarding an issue that my earphones are not working on this model and my mobile data i also not working .. this problem i am facing when i got a message from your company regarding the update of the newer version of your software, kindly solve the problem as we all (family members) are using mi phones we never faced any problem this is the first time i am fcing a problem hope to get it resolved too as soon as possible and our trust and goodwill of your company remains same in our heart
