Xiaomi India — exchange programme

Redimi store at ea mall chennai trying to fool customer by feeding wrong input in cashify exchage app. The executive even though my phone matches the good condition put 'below average' in cashify app. The store was making fool of all who didnt knew cashify app by feeding below avg as exchange rate. This is not a proffessionel approach. After complaining to the show room manager they said our showroom maximum can give only avg. As the cashify person may not accept it and we will have to pay from our pocket in case if it is like that. This is not the way to do bussiness as i feel redimi showroom guys are making the company loose its credibility. Bad service...

Yesterday night I put my mi 5a cellphone on charging then I wake up in the morning ill saw my phone my phone designed has totally changed and designed changed straight into round..
So solve my issue as soon as otherwise I file a police complain...
