Xiaomi India — False promising and bad service from mi | |||||
I want to tell you about a bad service and false promises from xiaomi india and service center (Located in thane, maharashtra, name: ccom). My phone is under warranty and i have submitted my phone on 27 may 2016 for repair, but till date i didn't get a phone. Now here i want to tell you about two concerns: 1. I requested a replacement for phone mi4i on 27 july 2016, and it was approved from xiaomi customer care on same date (Please find attachment for proof). But till i didn't get any replay for replacement. 2. After several messages, phone calls and emails to service center they are always giving me same replay. I am sending you two separate attachments of email send by service center please go through that. One is received on 18 june and other was on 17 aug. Both emails are saying me that it would take 7 days to repair my phone. Now i want a replacement of phone as early as possible, i am going to register a case in consumer court against xiaomi india for bad service, false promises and harassing me.
