My name is raju. I recently purchased a xiomi Note 3 from www.mi.com on 6th april2016. and the phone was delivered to me on 8th april.my order Number is - [protected] the item does not works properly and have mic problem.I made many calls to MI customer care for replacement but they didn't resolve my problem. still they are making false promises to me. i am very frustrate and hopeless about it please help me..
