Im Shahab from delhi I bought a Red
Mi note 5 pro from flip kart in july 2018 I faced so much problems in this device battery drainage, camera issue automatic speaker on during call I had so many time call in mi so Many time visit in mi many calls to flip kart but problem not resolved finally flipkart hands up and said this branded device from mi they will be replace your device I had servify from your side service center people said call to customer care of mi for replacement they said this device had so many problems. Now what can I do register a case against mi or flipkart both and I have original bills or you replace with new.

Dear Rajshree I had done all things which you tell me many times in your service center, on servify by your side, on call by your side flipkart said its a branded device by mi not a local one why should they not replaced a faulty device which has guarantee by mi now main issue is battery drainage im not a heavy user of data my data connection only on in morning or evening. It has 4000mah battery and I observed the back up of 34 hours but in few days backup only 25 hours then I visited the mi service centre they updated the device and back up stable on 34 hours again after few days backup gone on 16 hours only after a full charge this problem continue again visit again servify again again again im frustrated by mi people.
