Xiaomi India — Faulty handset need to replace not getting response from mi team from 10 days

Hi team,
I ordered handset mi note3 & found it faulty. I m not getting any proper response from mi.

Issue in handset [incident:[protected]]:new id not closed
Order id: [protected]) [incident:[protected]:old id not close.

Kindly suggest the way forward if you want to make good relation. Already been
Embarrassed from mi team.

30 mails exchanged so far but positive reply.
Also confirm the procedure how i can get my money back.
