Xiaomi India — faulty handsets and pathetic customer service

Have been facing serious issues with your customer service and faulty handsets. I have purchased mia1 yesterday (12.10.2017) which was found to be out of shape (Bend) and by reporting the same defect to mi seller, he asked me to take my handset to the service centre and get it replace from there which i did and after waiting for almost three hours, service centre incharge told me to get a new one from aanother service centre and he denied me to give the d. O. A so that it can be bought again from the store.
However i had to agree with him as he was continuosly saying that he has done so much extra for me which i deny as he was only performing his job. So i visited your lajpat nagar store as per his instructions which later was found to be the incorrect one and had wasted another one hour then he told me the exact address which i visited and again got the replacement after wasting 4 hours then. At around 4 i have got the handset and which i checked for camera and bending issue. As a human being from naked eye no one can observe a dent which i observed after coming back home while applying the screen guard as while apllyin the same utmost care to be taken and small particles are needed to be removed to avoid any bubbles.
Due to this activity i found the defect in your replacement phone as well.
The same i reported to the person (Vishvajeet lajpat nagar store) whom i got the handset from. And clearly denied to help me as he already has helped me by my question to him was that whether he was doing it for me or was himself as that is his job to help mi customers.
He gave me vague answers and putting the blames on me.
After that i called your another service center incharge mr. Rakesh chawdhary who gave me the same answer and denying the fact that its the issue and its me suffering not him. He said i have already suffered for you yesterday and helped you and he also denied that it wasnt his job to provide me customer service. He got so rude that he said i am not going to do anymore and asked me to visit lajpat nagar service center.
After talking to the incharge of your two customer service center. I am realising that its not mi they are representing they are representing themselves and making the customer experience of each mi customer very worse.
Now after talking to them and not getting any resolution to my issue i want to escalate this to the top level.
And being a loyal xiaomi customer i want to get best resolution for this.
