Hi
I purchased mi screen guard on 12th aug from mi website which was delivered on aug 15th in damaged condition. I immediately informed them about status by written mail on 15th itself for which they asked some photo for verification. Which i promptly replied.
But when they did not revert i purchased item locally and asked refund for amount which they have not refunded so far and are not responding. I want to know how to get this refund and what are punishment for such company when they harass innocent buyers,
