Its an headache to inform you one more time about problem i am facing in context to my TV . I have been calling customer care since 15 days twice a day and each time i have to repeat my problem and a single line is repeated each time from other side "we are sorry we will come back to you soon " but that soon has never come like such a big company but no way to resolve customers problems are your products made just to work for warranty period and after warranty period us over the very next day u start facing problems in product . This is very bad part of the company . I want someone to concern my issue otherwise i will have to do needful by complaining in consumer court redressal ... Was this information helpful? |
