[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Fauslty explanation without any water test | |||||
Hi xiaomi customer care is the greatest chutzpah and i am very regret to buy the product and i swear in my whole life never going to buy the cheapesters product not even recommend to buy anyone. last day, while i was updating my phone, it was stuck in mi screen, while i take it to the customer care they told its mother-board is crashed because of water and it all by just watching my phone i said it may be due to software update. he told "look at the ph paper inside the phone which is red " which according to him happens only when water goes inside. i told them it may be due to heat(42-43 celsius) and their are also various resigions of being red that i know afer research on ph paper. :-D but he even doesn't bother to check physically any water test and ask me 170rs to make a job sheet and demanded 3200rs for repair. i mean what the sit it is mobile cost is 5000 itself, why should i pay even when it was under warranty. i screwed up with the xiaomi products. all my emails that i send to them, getting no authentic reply and even phone no. is always busy. i think they are kidding with Indian user, government must ban them.
