Respected sir/madam,
Greetings of the day.
I muhammed sabir k s is a user of your flagship mobile phone redmi note 5 pro.
I had a tough time with the mobile phone from the day of purchase. The invoice of the order is attached below. I have purchased the mobile from the flipkart. I have requested for the replacement/refund within the 10 days. As per my replacement request a technician visit my home and he undestand my problem, he asked me to show the problem persists after resetting of the phone. After resetting also the problem persists he give his word for raising complaint. Before leaving he told that his duty for checking the phone was been cancelled. He told that he will raise the issue if he can. The next day when i am checking the status of replacement. It shows that the problem is resolved by troubleshooting. I wondered what is happening. Then i again raise the complaint, next time also it got cancelled they told that they are not able to contact me. Now the 10 days was over and i am busy with my work, iam not able to concentrate more on the mobile. After months, when i am free i again call the flipkart, now they are talking in a different way. They will not able to do anything. They ask to contact mi service centres. I told that i have raised the complaint in the replacement period. They told that they have extentended the period for some days, but in the flipkart app, message, mail (States its extended is not been sent to me). I enquired about that they have no reply. I asked them is it the flipkart value the customer, he told yes. Unfortunetly call is not recorded i am not able to prove that.
So the problem faced by me are,
*proximity sensor issue (It is some how it is solved my the latest update but sometimes it persists)
*ambient light sensor (It is some how it is solved my the latest update but sometimes it persists)
*charging issue (The phone is now taking more than 5 or 6 hours to reach 80% from 22%, sometimes it charges normally, the draining is also fast)
*camera issue (I am not able to take photo effecteively because the screen is always locking when focussing most of the times. The compaint showing screen recorded video is attached below)
*heating up most of the time (I am not a heavy user, but the mobile is heating up)
I consider it as a cheating because usage of graphic sheet reduces the heat is not believable.
*at the features it states that it runs on snapdragon 636, the phone is keep hanging all the time without a heavy usage (I am not able to attend the call sometimes the screen freezes, locking up the screen is a solution.
*when the home screen layout is locked the app changes its position when applying the theme.
* now storage space available for me is just 50.44 gb its very sad (Android one offer nearly 60gb but miui...)
* the back cover provided was very loose it easily get out.
*sound quality decreased now compared to the beginning.
*mic is not up to quality.
*power buttons and volume buttons not up to mark.
*headset jack sometimes get not connected.
*when plugging it takes 5 to 10 seconds to show its charging.
*at the sunlight the screen is not clear.
*face unlock is bad, it only get unlocked at the position the photo for the face unlock is taken.
Since the phone is defective it may be a manufacturing defect.
The phone is problem creator from the beginning itself.
I will not wish to go to any service centres.
So as a solution i want the refund of money (Current price) or a replacement.
I also apologize for the late request.
Kindly request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.
