I buy poco X2 in 1/08/2020 but after 2 year using the poco lettest official upadate i updating my camera and touchscreen note working. when I go to service centre he told me he is lettest software problem that's reasons you change the motherboard. And his cost 8399. He fully company fully responsible. So company device free repair and replacement.

Company ne kah rahi he ki unki galti accept nahi kar rahe balki hame repairing fee bharne ke liy bol rahe he uski cost 8399 rupay he .cervice centre walo ne bhi kaha he ki poco X2 me yahi problem software update ki wajah se mobile ke touchscreen or cemera dead ho rahe he .easme user ki kya galti Puri ki puri company jimedar he Hame free repairing ya replacement chahiy warna hum cansumer cort me case file karenge .
