Xiaomi India — Got damaged Redmi note 3 phone

I ordered Redmi Note 3 dark grey mobile from Mi online on July 20, 2016, and got it delivered on July 25, 2016. After opening the box, i found the phone with broken camera lens. I immediately called customer care service and they told me to mail them with phone snapshots and i did so and got an email in respond to my complaint stating that their company specialist will try to solve my problem and my complaint has been escalated and they will contact me soon, but after calling them and mailing them so many times they are still telling me to wait for sometime and has not even pick up my phone for replacement and now it is over 1 month now.

I'm very much frustrated now as my savings have been wasted and now it is just a box of Rs. 12, 000 for me.
