Xiaomi India — handset hanging problem and heating problem

My new handset model number is mi note 7s 3/32 variant..
Only one week buy handset but this model is very high rating hanging issues and heating issues...
Compare to note 7... Note 7 is better then note 7s...
What is the solution?
Plz kindly solve my problems or replace my handset..
