Xiaomi India — Handset replacement - mi max | |||||
I have ordered mi max on mi max.com on 5th sept 2016 and i have received on 7th sept 2016 and complained to mi.com via mail and voice by 8th sept but stil though i have not received the replacement and on 6th dec they are saying as i am using the handset it can't be replaced which is not acceptable as i don't have money to invest on another phone after rs 15000 investment.
