Xiaomi India — hardware issue not considered degree under warranty | |
Respected sir, My name is gayatri. G and i had purchased redmi note 4 on 29th november, 2017 (Invoice number : fabauc[protected]). After giving the mobile to the mi authorised service centre at trivandrum (At karama), they returned the phone without a sim tray and i had to go back again to get it. Since that service, the sim in slot2 is not getting detected at all. I inquired the issue with my phone at mi authorised service centre at cochin (Ravipuram) and i was told that one of the pins in the sim slot was damaged. The service centre refused to repair this hardware issue with warranty. I am extremely disappointed with this. This is a pure hardware issue and i want to know why they refused to do the service with warranty. I need a reply soon to this issue otherwise this issue will be reported to come ncerned authority as a complaint Regards, Gayatri. G Was this information helpful? | |
