Xiaomi India — hardware issue not considered degree under warranty

Respected sir,
My name is gayatri. G and i had purchased redmi note 4 on 29th november, 2017 (Invoice number : fabauc[protected]). After giving the mobile to the mi authorised service centre at trivandrum (At karama), they returned the phone without a sim tray and i had to go back again to get it. Since that service, the sim in slot2 is not getting detected at all. I inquired the issue with my phone at mi authorised service centre at cochin (Ravipuram) and i was told that one of the pins in the sim slot was damaged. The service centre refused to repair this hardware issue with warranty.

I am extremely disappointed with this. This is a pure hardware issue and i want to know why they refused to do the service with warranty. I need a reply soon to this issue otherwise this issue will be reported to come ncerned authority as a complaint

Sir, mena redmi 5A ka mobile order kya.. Magar mera order hua tha, magar kuch dar bad mera order cancel ho gaya..
to mera request tha agr mujko redmi 5A mobile mil sakta to achha hota...Please help me in this regard.. Thanks
