I have purchased mi basic headphones from mi official website. When i got delivered it had mic issue and regarding this i have raised a complaint and they called me after 6 days and askd me to semd the product on my cost back to company by courier. As i travel. They are like not professional. And narrating only the same thing. And doesnt hear to customers..
