Xiaomi India — Help needed in resetting the phone to bypass forgotten pattern lock. | |||||
I'd request you to help me in resetting my Mi Max 32 GB variant as I've forgotten the pattern lock for it. I do have some official stuff in my phone and would not want to leave it in the service centre. Moreover, I'd like to inform you that when I called your Sector 35 Chandigarh's service centre number and asked them if they would be able to reset my phone and give it back to me there and then, they had no answer as to how long it might take. Moreover your service centre person was very rude and spoke to me as if he was doing a favour to me. I do accept that because of his such an unprofessional behaviour, I felt too bad and yes I out of anger said this to him that I feel like coming to your service centre and slapping you. Trust me your service centre people do not pick up the phone. I called sector 35 and sector 22 chd number almost 50 times but nobody bothered to pick up and even mohali number was not picked up and when at last sector 35 person picked up the phone, they kept handing over the phone to one another. Disgusting, that is your after sale service. Xiaomi shame on you. I have 5 devices of your and this is how you treat your customers when they have a problem. Shale on you, really.
