Xiaomi India — I am complaining about mi note 5 pro

I have a 2 months old redmi note 5 pro which i purchased from amazon. It was working fine untill i noticed a bug. While i was watching youtube, suddenly the video got stopped and no sound was coming. I went to gallery and i couldn't view any video there also.
So please help me further with details. We were satisfied with the phone, but sorry for the complaint. Please help me for the problem as soon as possible

I bought before 20 days back the main part of the cable was come out when the cable was removing from the adaptor this is the manufacture default and it has 6 months warranty so please help me about this regarding
