I have written about my complaint several times but you people have not done nothing. Kindly tell me what you people will do about my problem which is
yet not solved.

Please send me back my phones battery and back cover or send me new one. Its been four months that I have been mailing you but you guys have done nothing is this the way you treat your customers.
