Xiaomi India — I am complaining about software update.

I am not able to update my device though update package was available. Presently, my device update package is not available. Why this is so?
Please provide proper solution to my problem.
My update version is 10.1.3 (Oreo update)
My product name is redmi 5.
Give the best solution to my problem.
So i can able to update my device to miui version 10.1.3 and my current version is miui global 10.1.2.
