Since i purchased the mi tv on 19th july 2019 (Almost a month) after so many reviews and trust among them. Yesterday all in a sudden it stopped working.
I've raised a complaint. Mi tv - token - r177346 wo:isin[protected]-75f6 - raised on 29.8.19 and booked a slot today at 9 am to 12 which i didn't get any response from any one.
Again i contacted chat support and advised me to wait till 3 pm ist. No response yet.
Again i contact chat support and advised me to raise another complaint against engineer which was done (Woin[protected] complaint number - raised today as advised by chat support.)
I didn't get any solution yet which may be worried about their service.
