I purchased Mi Qled on this 8 June month. After checking all details and information about it's functionality, I came to know that it's having remote issues.
Later on within 5 days I made a complaint about it and no one came to my house till 6 days passed. Executive came on 28th June and said it's having remote issues . Then three days later he came again with remote and it doesn't works. He said your TV is having hardware issues and it must be replaced. Since then I am still waiting for someone to update me about my issues but no response.
