On 29th September 2020, I ordered mi powerbank 2i blue 10000mAh . It has been 5 days over and my order status is same. Whenever I call the customer service since 2nd October 2020 they everyday say that my order will dispatch in the evening of the same day I call them or within 24 hours... I got coupon from mi get apps which is of xiaomi only, where they provide coupons of various products with exchange mi coins. So, there I redeemed coupon of powerbank ... I have all call recordings of which they promised me and screenshots of their chat support... Please help me with the same ... Was this information helpful? | |
