Xiaomi India — I sent my redmi note3 for repairing but know they are not giving me any satisfactory reply

Sir, i bought redmi note 3 but within 6 months the phone has some charging issue.i send my phone via their service pickmi on 5th of october.but now they are not telling me any satisfactory answer that how many days it will take.i try to contact them but invain.please solve this issue.sir they are not responding to my mails nor to my chats and there number is always busy .
