Xiaomi India — I submitted my redmi 2 prime due to network prob. Before 1 month, but till now getting no response from service center,

Myself Biplab Bose and i am from Bankura. I purchased redmi 2 prime handset before 2 months, but after 20 days i found a network problem on my device. after that, i contact Kolkata Park Street MI service center and submit my phone on 01/08/2016 and they are mentioned in jobsheet expected return date - 15 aug. but after 1month i have getting no response from there. I tried to call so many times but no one pick up the phone. Now i am totally fade up, i think Xiaomi promoting new handsets in every month but they forget their old customers.

Me submitted my device on 29 Jun to care center. But today onwards their is no replay from mi side. While contacting care center they said that mi stop their services in ndia. So parts are not available.and one more thing mi service is the only cheapest and irresponsible service and care in india

When Shoot Selfie Pic than Pic is Hadge.

My phone sensor is not working properly.
Then phone call screen not show.
Android system not working .
I have make complaint in mi service email
Then he give a solution.
Those solution not benefitable for me.
And helpline no. Is not connected.
My charger or redmi note3 mobile has beem dead .Then i submit my charger in hissar, haryana service centre on 13th june with jobsheet number JS[protected].
Now it is over 2.5 months but there is no information about my charger.I have visited the service centre about 7 times but no response.Please help.
Mobiles are permanently switched off
