Xiaomi India — I'm complaining about fraud by mi india.

I'm finding a mobile phone online.
And suddenly i recieved a message by mi india so i read this he give me a offer and after that i'll do the full process to buy a phone fullfilled by me in my old xiaomi mobile.
And after that part i do online money transaction and save a screenshot but im not recieving any notifications or message by xiaomi/mi india so please you tell me who is responsible for this fraud.
