Xiaomi India — im complaining about the faulty motherboard of my xiaomi 55 inch tv | |||
I purchased Xiaomi 55 inch tv on 6th May and within 1 month, my tv started to get restart after I turned on it for 1.5-2 hours and after that it keeps on happening in every 30-45 mins. I register a complaint in Xiaomi for 2 times.. their executive had visited and found Motherboard my tv faulty and they’re asking me to replace motherboard.. but I’m not agree with that as they’ve delivered a faulty tv at my place that’s why within 1 month, motherboard got damaged. I’m continuously talking with them for Replacement of my Unit but instead of providing solution, they closed / cancelled my complaint. Pl help me with the Replacement / Refund as I purchased this tv for 40k 1 month back. And I can not afford this. Was this information helpful? | |||
