Xiaomi India — Improper service by service centre

I had purchased Mi Redmi 2 on 27/08/2015 according to invoice date . Due to some problems lines were appearing on the screen. I went to the service centre and there the person said your mobile will not be repaired under the warranty, you have to pay if you wish to repairand asked for rs 3000 approx for the service. This incident happened on 9/10/2015 at the authorised service centre of Mi, SG infotech, Thakkar Mall, opp Borivli Station, Borivali (W), Mumbai. The other day I went to another authorised service center (TVS Electronics, Kothari Milestone Mall, SV Road, Malad (W), Mumbai) and there my mobile was accepted. It means that the sevice centre i went before was trying to loot me. It was my luck that i went to another service centre. People who do not think and believe in them because they are the company's employee and pay them for just Nothing. It"s My request to please solve this as many people are being cheated there.
